Tanz der Kulturen Berlin e.V. was founded in 2007 by educators and artists as a non-profit organisation with the aim to promote, educate and encourage participation in dance and culture for families with and without a history of migration.
The guidelines of the organisation are based on humanistic values and aim to contribute to a more just and social society with equal opportunities. From the very beginning, Tanz der Kulturen Berlin e.V. has been particularly committed to the education and social participation of children, young people and families.
